Removal of broken studs and bolts

We can remove any broken or stripped bolts and repair or clean the thread if needed.

Basic Mig welding and repairs

If you’ve had a weld crack or break off completely we can grind off the old weld and repair for you or fabricate/weld up new parts.

Custom parts and fasteners

With an inhouse threading machine and lathe we can make bushes, adapter, extend threads, custom studs and more.

Nutsert Installation

We can either loan you the tools to do it yourself or bring it in and we can drill the holes and install the nutserts for you. Materials we stock are Zinc Plated Steel, Aluminium and Stainless Steel. Depending on the material we may have a choice in flange size aswell.

Repair of stripped or damaged threads

Got a bolt that has pulled the thread out of a part? Or maybe wasn’t started straight? We can facilitate the re-tapping or helicoiling to bring it back from the dead!

Stainless steel balustrading

We can cut to size and press stainless balustrade so you can just connect it to your posts.
